Caroline Chambers brings fresh perspective and industry-focused inspo to Phoenix’s marketing team.
Red Bank, NJ – March 2026 – Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Chambers as Marketing Coordinator, further strengthening the company’s marketing and brand development efforts.
In her new role, Chambers will support Phoenix’s marketing initiatives across flavor and fragrance, contributing to brand strategy, communications, and cross-functional collaboration as the company continues to grow its presence in the industry.
Chambers recently earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business of Beauty and Fragrance from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in May 2025. Her academic background combines creative, technical, and business-focused training tailored specifically to the beauty and fragrance industries.
