In 1994, JP embarked on his career in the Flavor and Fragrance industry by joining Phoenix Aromas & Essential Oils. Since the establishment of Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances in 2017, he has been serving as its CEO. JP is a hands-on leader and is passionate about working alongside our team to achieve success. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has flourished and set a new standard in the flavors and fragrances industry.
